Dear all,

 

Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) invites all SME Johor Selatan members and associates to attend the course as follows:

 

Date:	April 15, 2009 (Wed)
Time:	9:00am – 5:00pm
Venue:	MPC Southern Region, Johor Bahru
Fees:	F.O.C

 

As part of improvement program, SPC is the main tools to measure and control. In this course participants would be able to:

 

• The understanding of the SPC concepts and definition

• The concept of common and special cause

• The concept of process capability analysis (Ppk & Cpk)

• The necessary competency in interpreting the control charts

• Objectively assess the manufacturing process stability and capability

• Avoid over-adjustment to process by not practicing process parameter adjustment

• The knowledge to develop variable and attribute control charts
