This one-day seminar is intended to provide participants with better understanding of the requirements of the new Food Regulations on Nutrition Labelling & Claims (gazetted on 31 March 2003) and the Malaysian Standard MS 1500:2004 on Halal Food -
Production, Preparation, Handling and Storage General Guidelines (gazetted on 10 July 2004). The seminar will also update the participants on the current test methods in the analysis of Halal Food, Nutrition Labelling and Claims.
