SMALL and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which want to finance their information and communications technology (ICT) implementation are currently faced with a lack of options, in terms of loan packages from financial institutions. Despite all the awareness, grants and funds, the small and medium-sized business (SMB) community in Malaysia is still not adopting information technology (IT) as fast as Government would like it to be.
