Dear all CIR M08/03: SMIDEC RM5 MILLION GRANTS �V ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS We wish to refer to our circular M04/03 dated March 9, 2007 on the conditional approved list and our circular M06/03 dated March 19, 2007 on the conditionally requirements. Successful applicants are requires to submit additional documents, including the followings: a)¨Surat Akuan〃 �V those who do not received the copy from SMIDEC, kindly download it from our website (see under SMIDEC RM5 million grant). b)¨Surat Terima〃 �V a simple letter, which is also available for download from our website (see under SMIDEC RM5 million grant) The successful applicant needs to submit all the documents before the stated due date.
