3)  Date Payable : 18 Aug 2017

Remarks: Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant. The payment of a final single tier dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share will be subject to the Shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
